Cancel a purchase
You can cancel the purchase of a work bought on this site. You may give notice in any of the ways listed here; every notice we receive is recorded and acknowledged.
Your rights
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the work or the disclosure document, whichever is later. You may also cancel before the work is delivered.
- Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years): if the purchase involved a conversation with the seller, you may cancel within 4 months.
- A cancellation that is not due to a defect or a mismatch may carry a fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the original payment method. If the work was already delivered, we will send return instructions.

For Israeli consumers, your full name and ID number are enough. You may give your order number instead.
